| Official Rules: |
| 1. |
Five contestants will be chosen as first come, first serve basis. |
| 2. |
Each contestant will be given 30 pieces of sushi (raw fish on rice) & 1 hand roll to eat. |
| 3. |
The contestant who eats all 30 pieces & 1 hand roll the fastest will win the contest. |
| 4. |
There will be a contest starter who will give the cue to start the race; there will be three judges to determine the winner. |
| 5. |
First Prize is $100.00 |
| 6. |
Contestants may use any technique to consume the sushi the fastest way you can. |
| 7. |
Water will be provided as the only drink allowed during eating. |
| 8. |
When you finish, please raise your hand and say “DONE”, displaying an empty mouth to the judges. You are done when the last bite goes down, your mouth is empty and you are able to clearly shout the word “DONE”. |
| 9. |
If it is “too close to call” the winner, the three judges will determine the contest winner. |
| 10. |
Buckets will be provided in case the contestant needs to “yup” (lose the contents of the stomach, “throw up”). |
