I was wondering if the food and alcohol at the festival is included in the ticket price or if I'd have to pay extra money for it.
My wife and I were wondering if this event is child friendly. Would we be able to bring in a stroller? Also, once we are in, do we need to pay for food samples or are all sake and food covered with the cost of entry?

Where do I park?

We offer special one-day parking rate for the event at the hotel parking lot:
$9.00 Self / $14.00 Valet Parking
(normally $18 Self and $23 Valet)

We have parking validation available at event site.

What are the ticket prices?

Pre-sale:$50, On-site: $60
Children (age 3-9): $25
Free for children 2 and younger

Is any discount on admission offered for groups?

No. Everyone pays the same rate to attend our event.

Is there any discount if I do not drink any alcohol?

Sorry but there is no discount. No exception.

What kind of credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

Can I purchase a ticket over the phone?

No, a pre-sale ticket can only be purchased through online at http://japanesefoodsakefestival.com/buytickets.html

What do I bring on the day of the event?

Confirmation Sheet (Transaction record) only. No ID is required unless you drink alcoholic beverage.

What should I do if I can't print my online tickets?

Please write down the transaction record including First Name, Last Name, Email used as purchase and Transaction ID.

What does an admission ticket include?

An admission ticket includes unlimited food and drink (including alcohol), and special events.

What special events are planned for this event?

We will stage Sushi Eating Contest and Sake Tasting contest. For details, we will announce later. You can also enjoy Taiko Performance.

What is the refund and cancellation policy?

You will receive a full refund if cancellation is received within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations must be e-mailed to JFCA at info@JapaneseFoodSakeFestival.com. Cancellations will NOT be taken over the phone. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of the purchase.

If, for some reason, you won’t be able to join us, you can give or sell your tickets to anybody.

How do I get refund?

All sales on this site are final. One purchased, you shall not return ant ticket for refund, exchange, credit or discount.

What kind of food and drink do you offer?

Sushi, Yakitori, Ramen, Yakisoba, Okonomiyaki, and many more. We provide beer, sake and soft drinks as well.

Is smoking permitted ?

No. All our event venue is non-smoking.

Thank you for your inquiry. In the Japanese Food & Sake Collection 2012 site, various restaurants and manufacturers will provide samples for your taste testing as free of charge, therefore please forget about additional payment at the site.

Thank you for your inquiry. We look forward to having you attend the Festival.
Small children are welcome at the Festival and it will be possible to take a stroller around the various areas of the event. However, please do understand that we expect the event to be well attended and crowded throughout the event hours.
Please also understand that will be no child care services. The admission price includes all food and sake samples provided by numerous restaurants and food manufacturers for your enjoyment. Thank you again for reaching out to us and hope to see you.
