Welcome to www.japanesefoodculture.org (this “Site”) operated by Japanese Food Culture Association, a California nonprofit mutual benefit corporation (“we,” “our” or “us”). This privacy policy (this “Policy”) explains how personal information is collected, used and disclosed by us with respect to your use of the this Site to enable you to make an informed decision about using this Site.

We take children’s privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and we do not target this Site to children under 13. We do not seek to collect personal information about children through this Site.
